Not a bad idea. I'll feel it out I suppose... here's someone's conversion with a similar idea as mine...

and this one's based on a Necron Ctau Nightbringer which I actually really REALLY like but I feel like the conversion would be really difficult.

Or I could just buy this model... looks familiar huh? Only thing is GW won't let any models that aren't theirs on their battlefields.

At my local GW there's a Black Library Limited Edition Eisenhorn model (40k scale). It was painted in the inquisitor scale colors and there are awesome runes freehanded onto the cloak. I'll try to grab some pictures for you to check out.

Also, I'm working on a Sanguinius conversion, any ideas?

My thoughts were to take Dante, replace the jump pack with fantasy Pegasus wings, green stuff hair to cover some of the death mask, green stuff Sanguinius' emblems into his armor, cut the axe off and replace with Templar's Emperor's Champion's sword and freehand BA symbols onto it.

I want to replace the infurno pistol with something that represents the Telesto Spear but i don't know what to use...
Hmm well it seems like you got a pretty good plan there. Here are my ideas. Sanguinius is a pretty epics character and I think you could get a better "wow" factor by basing your conversion on the "Celestine the Living Saint" model from the witch hunters line. Yes this model is a woman but Im sure with some simple modeling you could make it look more...manly. This seems like a much more impressive model to base a very impressive character off of. Also this model already has a sword that you can modify. The wings idea sounds good. I did a similar conversion using wings from a hippogriff model.
thanks for the add bud!
No problem, I look forward to seeing more of your work in the future.
